Edickson Mata
Edickson Mata is a seasoned professional whose career bridges advanced technology and high-end construction. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, providing a strong foundation in strategic thinking, systems integration, and project management.
As a Certified Building Contractor, Edickson leads residential and commercial projects with precision, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional quality. Known for his detail-driven approach and clear communication, he seamlessly blends modern technology with proven construction practices to deliver refined, reliable results.
With years of hands-on experience, Edickson has earned the trust of clients through thoughtful leadership and an unwavering focus on excellence. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of two who values travel, cultural exploration, and staying active through team sports—interests that reflect his collaborative mindset and dedication to continuous growth.
Ventura
Born in the Dominican Republic, Ventura immigrated to the United States at the young age of six. Raised in New York, he grew up working in the family business, where the values of hard work, responsibility, and entrepreneurship were instilled early on.
With over 10 years of experience in sales, Ventura has worked with various corporations, developing a strong track record in building client relationships and delivering results. This diverse background has provided a solid foundation for leadership and project execution.
Today, Ventura enjoys working as a Project Manager at Pro Work Construction, where he brings a hands-on approach and a passion for seeing projects through from concept to completion.
Outside of work, Ventura cherishes spending time with family, especially with his baby girl, Sofia. A lover of music and staying active, he also enjoys playing pickleball and bike riding in his free time.
Carol Mata
Carol Mata is a dedicated professional with a background in Industrial Engineering who has built a career that blends technical expertise with strong organizational and people skills. After earning her degree, she gained valuable experience in property management, where she excelled in overseeing operations, coordinating maintenance, and providing outstanding service to clients and tenants alike.
Today, Carol serves as the Office Manager at Pro Work Construction, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Her responsibilities range from administrative management and client coordination to supporting project logistics and internal systems. Her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities make her an essential part of the Pro Work team.
Outside of work, Carol is a proud mother of two and enjoys balancing her professional responsibilities with family life. She has a deep passion for traveling and photography, often capturing the beauty of new places and special moments through her camera lens.
With a strong work ethic, a creative eye, and a commitment to continuous growth, Carol Mata continues to bring value to every environment she’s a part of—both personally and professionally.
Fortino Carrillo
Fortino Carrillo is a dedicated Field Technician at Pro Work, originally from Mexico and currently residing in Florida, where he has lived for the past two years. Since joining Pro Work in 2023, Fortino has brought a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude to every project he’s part of.
Prior to his current role, he spent over a decade at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, New York, where he gained valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. His background has shaped his dependable and collaborative approach to fieldwork.
Outside of work, Fortino enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and thrives in team-oriented environments—whether on the job or in his free time.
Sally Santana
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Sally Santana brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her role as Operations Manager at Pro Work. Before joining the team, Sally worked extensively in the healthcare industry, specializing in operations management. Her expertise in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and improving day-to-day operations allows her to make a significant impact at Pro Work.
Outside of her professional achievements, Sally is a proud mother to her 15-month-old daughter, Sofia. She enjoys spending quality time with her little one, cherishing the moments of joy and growth they share together.
Driven by a passion for both her career and family, Sally is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Cesar
Originally from Venezuela, Cesar is a skilled Field Technician at Pro Work, known for his hands-on expertise and strong work ethic. Before joining the team in 2024, he worked in the construction industry starting in 2018, where he developed a solid foundation in field operations and on-site problem-solving.
Cesar is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality service and takes pride in being a dependable member of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature, following his favorite sports, and bonding with his loyal German Shepherd. A proud animal lover, Cesar finds balance between his technical career and the outdoorsy lifestyle he enjoys.
