Home Visit
During our visit to your home, we’ll dive deeper into how you use your space, your daily routines, and the challenges you’d like to address.
Step 4
Showroom Visit
At our showroom, you’ll meet our team, explore our design process, and see firsthand how we bring projects to life.
Step 5
Design Retainer
Our design phase unfolds in two parts: first, space planning and layout; second, selecting materials and colors after the next payment milestone.
Step 6
Trade Walk & Remodeling Agreement
Our estimator and trade partners will inspect your project site in detail to identify possible obstacles early, ensuring a seamless building process.
Step 7
Construction Begins
Once we start building, our project managers will keep you informed with weekly updates, daily logs, and regular meetings. We also take measures to protect your home from dust and disruption throughout the process.
Step 8
Professional Cleaning
After construction is complete, we bring in a professional cleaning crew so your new space is spotless and ready to enjoy.
Step 9
Punch List Walkthrough
Our project manager will walk through your home with you to identify any final adjustments needed. This ensures every detail is documented and addressed.
Step 10
Final Walkthrough
During the final walkthrough, we’ll confirm all punch list items have been completed to your satisfaction. We’ll also gather your feedback in an exit interview to ensure a perfect finish for your project.
