Before
Having outgrown their dated, water-damaged bathroom, the homeowners envisioned a clean, spa-inspired retreat that felt both modern and effortless to live in. The original space had been stripped down to the studs—worn subflooring, exposed insulation, and outdated fixtures made clear that a full rebuild was the only way forward. The bathroom needed more than fresh finishes; it needed a smarter layout that could support the homeowners well into the future.
How It Came Together
The bathroom design features a double vanity with stained wood cabinetry, a marble-look quartz countertop, and matching mirrors with brushed nickel sconces. A walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and built-in bench completes the space.
Full demolition removed the vanity and fixtures to expose rough-in plumbing, opened drywall for electrical and plumbing access, and stripped the subfloor to bare substrate in preparation for new tile installation.
