OUR TEAM
Edickson– Founder & CEO
Ed Mata’s career has always been defined by systems, precision, and accountability — first across 17 years in the IT industry, and now as the founder of one of Central Florida’s premier design-build firms. He holds a Master’s in Computer Management Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, a foundation that shapes how Pro Work operates: organized, technology-forward, and built around clear communication.
His path into construction began as a real estate investor in 2019, where he experienced firsthand how unreliable contractors could derail a project and erode a client’s trust. He founded Pro Work to be the company he wished existed — one built on a simple principle: always show up, always communicate, always stand behind the work.
Outside the job site, Ed is a devoted husband and father of two who values travel and staying active through team sports — a reflection of the collaborative spirit he brings to everything he does.

Bella Mata | Junior Content Creator
Meet Bella Mata — Pro Work’s youngest and most enthusiastic team member. At just 9 years old, Bella is already making her mark on the Pro Work family, bringing fresh energy, a creative eye, and a perspective that reminds us why the spaces we build truly matter.
When she’s not on the tennis court or the softball field competing with heart, you’ll find Bella exploring new places around the world, trying the best sushi she can find, and looking for her next adventure. She approaches everything she does — sports, travel, and now content creation — with the same drive and determination that defines the Pro Work standard.
